This years annual CMAK Pilgrimage took place on 20th May 2023.

It was a sunny day with perfect clear blue sky, not what we are accustomed to during the month of may which is usually accompanied by rain especially in the afternoon.

It was now quite evident that conditions of the road to the venue, from Subukia town, were now much better as there was tarmac all the way up to the shrine. Pilgrims are mow sure of not having to push their vehicles out of the mud should it rain.

It was also evident that the church was now more or less complete.

Participants completely filled the church and were even occupying the stairs as all the seating space had been taken up

The main celebrant was Rt Rev Cleophas Oseso Tuka, the newly installed Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Nakuru.

The Bishop emphasized that men are the pillars in their families and church and should remember to be constantly praying for Gods indulgence in their daily tribulations.

He also informed men to ensure that they do not  forward their God given duty of prayer to their wives and that they should take active part in their small christian communities.

Thank you to all those who took excellent pictures and videos. This should be  done in every CMA event so as to pass the message in the spirit of the Synod and to encourage other men to participate.
