This event took place from 13th to 16th July, 2023, at Watakatifu Wote Senta (WWS) Ngong Town.
Delegates from all seven deaneries were present.
However, the total number of delegates were only thirty, barely a quarter of the one hundred and twenty plus (123) expected.
