Each new member is required to register with KES 550, and then annually pay KES 400. This money is to enable the organization to fulfill various apostolic projects and programs at all levels namely; Local Church, Parish, Deanery, Diocese and National. The allocation of such funds is as follows;

Registration for the new member is scheduled for January and February, then training begins in April. The deadline to complete the annual payment is March 31 each year. The official approval or acceptance of an organization depends on the State and the parish..
